Founder and CEO, Skills for U
Wei Xiang Huang is the founder and CEO of non-profit organization Skills for U, which aims to make technicians a powerful force for social education. With his vast experience in supplementary education, Huang bridges the gaps and imperfections in the information, funding, and other systems of technical and vocational education.
At the 2019 WorldSkills Competition, which is the Olympics of the occupational skills community, the Taiwanese team, under Huang’s leadership, won five gold medals, five silvers, five bronzes, and 23 medals of excellence, ranking third in the competition overall. Through his website, Craftsmanship Insights, he continues to give the vocational community a voice, uplifting the people in the trade.
