Wee Wei Ling

Wee Wei Ling is executive director (Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset) at Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), which oversees over 50 hotels, resorts, and serviced suites across Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the USA. She manages the group’s owned hotel assets and lifestyle brands—St. Gregory Spa and Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurants—while championing social impact and sustainability across the business.

A lifelong advocate of corporate volunteerism and inclusivity, Wee co-founded the charity Extra•Ordinary People, which supports individuals with special needs in Singapore through community-led programmes. She also chairs Project We Care, initiative run jointly between the People’s Association and the private sector to promote corporate volunteerism. For her sustained service, she was conferred the Public Service Medal in 2020 and the Public Service Star in 2025.

Under her leadership, PPHG became the first hospitality group to achieve Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) multi-site certification for all its properties in Singapore and Australia. In 2025, the group also launched Kitchen of Love @ Central, a mobile culinary initiative serving underserved communities, alongside the UOL-PPHG Community Uplift Programme, which supports child development and youth mentoring in collaboration with government agencies.

Wee’s passion for the arts is equally impactful—she supports and collects works by local and special-needs artists, integrating them into hotel spaces to foster awareness and appreciation.

She continues to deepen the social impact of the hospitality sector, including new employment pathways for individuals with special needs. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Wee recently published her first book, Food For Thought, a tribute to her father and a reflection of the values and philosophies that continue to guide her work and life.
