Boccia player “Toh” Watcharaphon Vongsa is one of Thailand’s top Paralympic athletes

“Toh” Watcharaphon Vongsa has won four Paralympic gold medals in the sport of boccia, making it one of the most successful para sports for Thai athletes. Now the captain of the boccia team, Toh made his debut with the Thai national team in 2007, winning his first gold medal in the individual event at the 2007 ASEAN Para Games held in Nakhon Ratchasima. Since then, Toh continued to build his legacy by winning the gold medal in the Asian Para Games three times and representing Thailand at the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Summer Paralympics. He has won four Paralympic gold medals over his career.
