Wang Zhanhei

One of China’s youngest successful writers, Zhanhei has published two short story collections, Air Cannon and Neighborhood Adventurers, which focus on the lives of working class urban Chinese people. The master’s graduate from Fudan University won the inaugural Blancpain-Imaginist Literary Prize for Air Cannon. She also works as a high-school teacher.
