Wang Baochen’s decision to miss his final-year exams for an ultimately successful interview to join accelerator programme Kr Space led to a half-year suspension from school. It turned out to be a pivotal experience, though: one that concluded with an angel financing round for his company Chuangkit. An easy-to-use graphic design tool, it has now been used in more than 200 million design projects by more than 30 million people.
