Vo Thanh Lam

Mr. Vo Thanh Lam is a prominent entrepreneur in the field of luxury real estate and international project development in Vietnam. He serves as the General Director of Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE), a boutique real estate development company focusing on luxury, sustainable projects. Under his leadership, VCRE positions itself as a real estate developer with a “soul”, emphasizing on artistic design, sustainable quality and high-end living experiences, not just focusing on investment returns. VCRE is a member of the Viet Capital Group ecosystem, specializing in branded residences projects.

He leads VCRE in its cooperation with global brands, notably the Nobu Danang project – a luxury resort in collaboration with Nobu Hospitality (the brand of chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro). This project signed a strategic cooperation with Newtecons in February 2025, with VCRE as the investor and overall manager. He emphasized that Nobu Danang is not only a real estate but also an inspirational space, connecting the elite community.
