The story of the Cebu-based furniture and industrial designer began at San Francisco's Academy of Art College. Embracing his natural born gift, he further pursued design in Milan where he took his Masters in Industrial Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design. He is now Design Director of his own independent eponymous brand. A recent Vito victory was winning first runner up in the Outstanding Industrial Design Category of the 2016 National Invention Contests and Exhibit. "It is refreshing to be recognised as an inventor and not just a designer," said Vito.
