A car accident in the US was the turning point for Vince Lu, after which he took the plunge and started Zhenmeat as a way to promote healthier eating. Himself once overweight from overconsumption of processed meat, Vince aims to provide competitively priced plant-based alternative meats, some of them specifically created for Chinese cuisine, such as a product designed for dumplings.
