Victor Lee’s mission is to make robots as common as smartphones and laptops. His company, Rice Robotics, not only won Alibaba’s Jumpstarter 2021, but has also commercially deployed more than 100 autonomous robots in Hong Kong and Japan for clients including Softbank and Japan Post. The company developed a meal delivery robot for quarantine hotels as a response to the pandemic.
