The innovator who turned aesthetic medicine into a movement of confidence and self-love

Dr Victoria “Vicki” Belo stands as a pioneering force in Philippine beauty and wellness. With a dermatology degree from the Institute of Dermatology in Bangkok, Thailand, she has redefined aesthetic medicine, steering the Belo Medical Group to international prominence. Under her leadership, it became the first and only clinic in the Philippines to earn accreditation from the National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers in 2013 and 2016.

Now celebrating its 35th year, the Belo Medical Group continues to lead the industry with innovation and excellence. In 2025, Dr Belo was honoured with the Woman of Legacy Award by Go Negosyo during Women’s Month, recognising her lasting impact on beauty, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment. The Group was also named the Top Employer for Fresh Graduates in the health sector, underscoring its role in developing new generations of medical professionals.

Further solidifying her influence, Belo Medical Group received the Platinum Award for Profhilo Excellence at the IBSA Neoasia 2025 Awards. The brand also launched Belo Neurocosmetics and the “Face Card Always Valid” campaign, featuring new ambassadors and the innovative NeuroGlow Facial.

A fixture in both medical and social circles, including the Tatler Ball, Dr Belo continues to shape the dialogue on beauty—championing science, empowerment, and the pursuit of confidence through innovation.

“Behind everything we do, there should be a solid ‘why’ that keeps us grounded and helps remind us why we are chasing our goals and dreams in the first place. My ‘why’ has always been about finding a way to make people more self-confident.”
