Veronika Linardi

With her experience in recruitment and a passion for developing others, what started out as connecting friends led Veronika to co-found several companies that allow businesses to connect with the right talents. Namely, Qerja.com, Jobs.id, and Linardi Associates. Qerja, which was founded in 2014, is the first one-stop career platform for companies and job seekers. By introducing transparency to an otherwise opaque working environment, the game-changing online community empowers professionals to make informed career and self-development choices, and enables companies to evaluate their market competitiveness. The key of its success lies in the user-generated content. This includes insider information on salaries, interview tips and work experiences, along with insights from industry leaders. Qerja received an eight-digit Series A funding from SoftBank Indosat fund after just eight months of operation. Veronika also founded Linardi Associates in 2012, an executive recruitment agency, and Jobs.id, Indonesia’s biggest jobs portal. The former has assisted hundreds of multinational and local conglomerates to fulfill their talent requirements, while the latter has emerged as the leading portal within 2 years of operation. She also actively participates in major events and panel discussions such as Accenture – International Women’s Day 2017 on “Leading in the NEW”.
