Velda helped revolutionise the e-commerce fashion industry, beginning with a blogshop that she launched with her sister and best friend, Rachel Lim in 2009. In 2013, she and her husband opened hugely popular lobster shack Pince & Pints, and the affordable luxe clothing brand, Collate The Label. In 2016, along with four other local female entrepreneurs, Velda co-founded Galboss Asia, a platform which aims to build a supportive network for all woman in Asia. She then launched a new clothing label, Our Second Nature in 2018, that focuses on comfortable, everyday wear.
