Though he graduated from Thammasat University with a degree in engineering, Veekrit Palarit followed his passion to turn to the business of importing furniture and home decor items, specialising in Nordic and Scandinavian brands. After studying furniture design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy, his interest in Northern European design led him to found NORSE Republics, focusing on importing home decor and furniture from Nordic and Scandinavian countries. He has curated a comprehensive selection of 11 top brands, ranging from popular, younger labels to iconic, more established names in the design industry.
