Femtech startup Ira Concept is on a mission to end period poverty and eradicate stigma. Founded by Varangtip Satchatippavarn, the company makes organic, sustainable female sanitary products that are between 97 and 99 percent biodegradable. It also spearheads public education campaigns, and in 2023, distributed more than 1.5 million sanitary pads to people in need in Thailand and neighbouring countries.
