Vanessa Paranjothy

Vanessa Paranjothy teamed up with her sisters Joanne and Rebecca to establish Freedom Cups, which not only makes reusable menstrual products that are eco-friendly and economical, but operates a “buy one, give one” scheme to support women in developing and rural communities and ensure periods don’t hold them back. Since 2015, the sisters have distributed 3,000 cups to underprivileged women around the world and have established at least 16 projects in seven countries.
