Vanessa Cheung is a multitasking champion. Group managing director of Nan Fung Development and granddaughter of its founder, she is a landscape architect by trade who co-owns the gym Crossfit Asphodel. Vanessa has also launched a non-pro t community health initiative called The Keep Moving Project, which provides accessible workplace wellness services, as well as programmes to schools and underprivileged people. In addition, along with her sister, she co-founded an all-natural young coconut- based drinks company called Quo. As if all that weren’t enough, she’s also the brains behind The Mills, a pioneering regeneration project that seeks to turn the old textile mills in Tsuen Wan—where her 64-year- old family business first started—into a global destination for ‘techstyle’ innovation, incubation, experiential retail and textile- related art and culture. No doubt she has more up her sleeve, too.
