Trantor's international talent community platform Cake is dedicated to reinventing the traditional job search model. After being named a Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow in 2023, he was met with the explosion of generative AI—a shift that prompted him to rethink Cake’s mission, leading the team beyond the conventional "search" paradigm of job portals to build an entirely new AI experience that proactively understands users and recommends career directions. Through the process of expanding into Southeast Asian markets, he developed a deep understanding of the distinct hiring cultures across different countries, and built a more intentional cross-border talent network across the Asia-Pacific. Today, he is increasingly focused on leading by example and nurturing the innovative potential within his own team. In the coming year, he will officially launch Cake AI, positioning Cake as the talent hub for the Asia-Pacific technology industry.
