In 2007, alongside Tran Van Ky and Le Tanh, Manh co-founded VNPay with the ambition of transforming the country’s financial landscape. Under their leadership, VNPay evolved into a leading digital payment intermediary by 2015, now providing electronic payment services to more than 40 banks, five telecommunications companies, and over 20,000 businesses.

According to Google and Temasek’s E-Conomy SEA 2020 report, VNPay became Vietnam’s second technology unicorn, following VNG, and ranked 12th in Southeast Asia. Today, the company continues to shape consumer payment habits while driving the growth of Vietnam’s e-commerce sector.
