Tran Thi Le

Starting as a nutrition doctor, Ms. Tran Thi Le became a pioneering businesswoman who turned Nutifood into one of Vietnam's leading dairy and nutritional food brands. Born in Binh Dinh and a graduate of Tay Nguyen University of Medicine, she once worked at Dong Tam Food Facility – the predecessor of Nutifood, the place that inspired her ideal of helping Vietnamese children improve their nutrition and health.

In 2000, at the age of just 27, she was appointed as the company's Director. With strategic vision and persistent spirit, she led Nutifood through crises, developing specialized nutritional products to serve consumers of all ages. Under her management, Nutifood grew strongly, becoming one of the three largest dairy producers in Vietnam.

In recent years, Nutifood has made its mark with a European-standard fresh milk line and became the first Vietnamese dairy brand licensed by Walmart for distribution in over 450 supermarkets in China. Ms. Tran Thi Le is considered a role model for dedicated, steadfast, and humanistic female leaders in business.
