Adventurous and insanely talented, chef Tippi, who has cooked for the Pope, truly enjoys what she’s doing and it shows. At a young age, the Culinary Institute of America graduate has accomplished so much in the culinary industry and brought so much joy to the dining scene that it is unfathomable to imagine Manila without her. After interning under legendary Danny Meyer and a slew of private dining gigs, she opened fine-dining restaurant Masseto – now closed, and re-opened as M Dining. As the current Operations Manager for the M Group (which oversees M Dining and Bar Restaurant) Tippi is in charge of Spanish restaurant Donosti, an exciting soon-to-open concept. There are numerous foodies eagerly anticipating this big reveal.
