Founder, Privato
Fashion curator Tina Tan Leo’s sartorial legacy is one that has introduced Southeast Asia’s fashion to the rest of the world and she is not slowing down any time soon
When quizzed about her style, Tina Tan Leo asserts: “All I want is to pave the way for the next generation of creative expression.” The inimitable businesswoman, best known for The Link boutique and Alldressedup label, never boasts about her 40‐year‐long reign of Singapore’s fashion sphere, despite having represented more than 70 international brands regionally. Her mark on the industry is one that not only transcends time and style, but also champions elegance as an art form. Over the past decade, she has focused her discerning eye for refinement and trend-spotting on Privato, a luxury concierge service she co-founded with her husband Lionel, which hosts exclusive experiences celebrating some of the world’s most exceptional brands and couturiers. A true luminary, Tan Leo’s sartorial legacy is one that has opened Southeast Asia’s fashion doors to the rest of the world, and will continue to evolve even more so in her role as consultant for the Singapore Fashion Council.
