Instead of looking to change Singapore through his designs, 35-year-old Timo Wong is of the opinion that building upon our unique design culture would be far more inspiring. At Studio Juju, the nine‑year-old design studio he runs with his wife Priscilla Lui, he dreams up products and spaces that are at once simple, practical, polished and playful. This design language has earned the firm the Design of the Year accolade at the President's Design Award 2014 as well as collaborations with OCBC Bank, Gardens by the Bay and Wallpaper* Handmade for Milan Design Week 2018, among others.
