Tiêu Yến Trinh

Tiêu Yến Trinh is a pioneering figure in Vietnam’s human resources sector, recognised both for her sharp business acumen and for a leadership philosophy that places human development at the heart of enterprise growth.

As Founder and CEO of Talentnet Joint Stock Company, she has steered the firm from a small team spun out of PwC in 2007 into one of Vietnam’s foremost human resources consultancies, with more than 300 employees serving thousands of domestic and international businesses. Speaking at The Makeover Conference in 2024, she noted that 41 per cent of Vietnamese companies had already embarked on restructuring, a reflection of the influence of consulting services in raising business standards.

Yet her impact extends beyond growth figures. Ms Tiêu Yến Trinh has helped shape a professional human resources consulting market, forging partnerships with global leaders such as Mercer and ADP Streamline. Under her stewardship, Talentnet has evolved into more than a strategic advisor: it has become a partner in organisational transformation, enhancing employee experience and driving competitiveness for Vietnamese enterprises.

As a community leader, she also serves as Permanent Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) and Vice President of the Vietnam Human Resources Club (VNHR).
