In the age of fintech, there is a dire need for a digital platform that will help customers overcome their fast funding needs. As such, Teguh Ariwibowo set about co-founding Indonesian digital pawning service Pinjam.co.id. The accounting graduate from Airlangga University worked as the director of brand activation firm Voila Indonesia before venturing out on his own. The start-up, which was founded in 2015, offers an automated value of users’ collaterals based on pictures uploaded online. Funds are then distributed after a courier picks up the items. Presently, they are developing Dana Siaga products to safe-keep collateral-protected goods, which the clients are able to withdraw whenever necessary.
