Dr. Tanakorn Sunvaraphiphu dedicates himself to dance. As a student in South Korea, he had multiple opportunities to perform on an international stage; he returned determined to share his knowledge. He believes in teaching the young to do what they love, and to love what they do. In 2018, he was selected to perform in the second Seoul Dance Play, the only Thai representative joining performers from countries such as Russia, France and Japan. He will also represent Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University to invite a new generation of passionate performers to join the opening ceremony of ICONSIAM, a new tourist landmark in Thailand. He just graduated from a Doctoral Degree of Fine and Applied Arts in Dance at Chulalongkorn University, and plans to publish academic papers about choreography. Overall, he hopes to continue to put Thailand’s dance scene in the international spotlight.
