Tan Shi Wen is trying to eliminate food waste while feeding those in need. The organisation she co-founded, Seso—which stands for Save Environment Save Ourselves—takes leftover food from grocery chains and transforms it into nourishing meals that are served to homeless people and other marginalised groups. With its Project F Series initiative, it also aims to change opinions about the appearance of produce, helping to further cut waste.
