Known widely as Pomme Chan, Tachamapan Chanchamrassang is one of Thailand’s most accomplished illustrators, frequently used by global brands for packaging and product design. Since she was last featured on Tatler’s 2017 list, you will have seen Pomme’s signature flourish on packaging for the likes of Nescafe, Ferrero Rocher and Twinings, on the walls of Sansiri’s co-working space Just Co, and perhaps the ceiling of a restaurant in China. She also became the first artist to design for Origins cosmetic brand, specifically for their Mega-Mushroom Treatment Lotion. She hand-drew Reishi mushrooms in an overlapping pattern for the bottles, which were sold in four different markets: China, Hong Kong, Korea and Thailand. With such high commercial demand for her style, it is amazing Pomme is able to find time at all for her precious personal work. Her most recent exhibition was at the Hotel Art Fair in June 2018.
