Symington Smith’s passion for youth advocacy, sustainability and intercultural understanding has involved him in various initiatives, including helping to create Pop Plant-Based Festival, China’s largest plant-based food gathering, and founding global youth network The Winterflower Group. He is a life fellow of The Royal Asiatic Society, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a King’s College London Hanson Prize recipient and a Youth Service America Everyday Young Hero.
