Sunny Lin established Social Enterprise Insights, the first Mandarin website in Taiwan sharing information on social enterprise and social innovation, in 2012. As founder and CEO, she promotes, connects, and finds support for social entrepreneurs and hopes that Taiwan becomes a hotbed for such ventures.

Social Enterprise Insights is also an incubator for social start-ups, regularly mounting educational activities to facilitate physical exchanges and resource linkage across the globe.

A graduate of National Chengchi University (Public Administration and Law), Lin obtained her master’s degree in Public Affairs at the University of Texas in Austin. Before she founded Social Enterprise Insights, she was a research intern at Taiwan’s first social venture capitalist, Flow, and worked as a project manager at Social Enterprise Associates, a consulting firm for social enterprises and nonprofits. She speaks on social entrepreneurship in forums across the world.
