He is the founder and chairman of Nine-Yi Capital and 91APP. Created in 2014 when the whole world was on the brink of an internet revolution, 91APP is one of Taiwan’s most iconic start-up companies. At that time, Ho believed that mobile devices would become the future of online retail.
