Challenging real estate sales norms, one innovative marketing plan at a time

When Stephen Chuang took over the Ever Rise Construction Group in 2012, he took the idea of the traditional model house concept and reimagined it as an entire experience for potential buyers. The sales centres drew unexpectedly large crowds daily thanks to the addition of thoughtfully designed functional spaces, like bookstores, cafés, and reception areas.  

This modern, mixed-use concept proved very successful: for Dayong Chunling(達永春嶺), the project took only four and a half months for units to be sold out, bringing in a total sales value of NT$3 billion. For Dayong Qiuxang(達永. 秋鄉), launched in 2019, it was a space providing visitors with bookstores, a lecture hall, coffee and meals—and units were sold out in 30 days. Likewise, Dayong Qiuxang and Dayong Muxia(達永沐夏) also attract clients by with the use of this youthful aesthetic, coupled with affordable payment plans.

Chuang’s innovative marketing model set a benchmark for the industry, and Chuang has accordingly set his sights high for the future: In the next ten years, his goal is to raise the value of the E.R.C. Group to NT$10 billion.
