Stephanie Ho champions the farm-to-table movement

Stephanie Ho is the CEO of YFY Biotech and the force behind the company’s Green & Safe brand for over 15 years. As of March 2021, more than 77 per cent of YFY’s brands have obtained the international A.A.Clean Label certification without addition. Established in 1988, Green & Safe is an advocate of the farm-to-table movement and a promoter of organic produce. It has gradually developed diversified products to cater to consumers, including Mountain & Sea House Restaurant, Qiminmarket, and Farmer’s Table, a one-Michelin-star Taiwanese restaurant. Green & Safe also collaborated with FamilyMart in opening its first shop-in-shop. Ho plans to expand its reach by opening more shops across Taiwan.
