Sirikan Charoensiri has been lauded for her work as co-founder and deputy director of Thai Lawyers for Human Rights

Sirikan Charoensiri has been recognised internationally for her efforts to promote human rights and aid those treated unjustly by the legal system. In 2017, she received the Lawyers for Lawyers Award from the eponymous Dutch civil society organisation.

In 2023, the Clooney Foundation for Justice honoured Charoensiri with an Albie Award. Run by human rights lawyer Amal Clooney and her husband, Hollywood actor George Clooney, the Albie Awards ceremony was held in New York and attended by A-listers Daniel Craig, Matt Damon, Rachel Weisz and others.
