Shang Yi Chen is the chairman and founder of FitnessFactory. In the 15 years since its establishment, FitnessFactory has not only become the largest chain fitness center in the country, but also the first fitness centre listed on the market in Taiwan. It is also the first fitness brand in Asia and Taiwan that passed and won the SGS Qualicert international service certification mark, as well as the only fitness brand in the country that received an excellent evaluation from the international iHRSA.　　

Since 2014, FitnessFactory has developed the Shuangbei New Metropolitan area and expanded its sports service map. It has a total of 56 branches nationwide and has more than 200,000 affiliated members. It aims to reach 80 branches by 2025.
