Seven Yi

Molecular gastronomist turned bartender Seven Yi, who trained under Joël Robuchon, opened the iconic bar Room by Le Kief in 2018. It was 27th in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020 list and 46th in the World’s Best Bars that same year. He opened Mad by Le Kief in 2022, and the fine dining restaurant was recognised by the Michelin Guide that year. His next project is a winery.
