Sebastien Lepinoy

Since 2019, Les Amis has been one of just three restaurants in Singapore that have earned and retained three Michelin stars consecutively. At the helm is French chef Sebastien Lepinoy, helping reclaim its position as one of the city’s most prestigious dining spots in Singapore. His identity of pure haute French cuisine and respect for the arts de la table also saw him cook for luminaries and world leaders including former US president Barack Obama and former French president Francois Hollande.
