Sebastian Ko

Sebastian is pioneering the use of lawtech to expand access to legal services. The Oxford University graduate, who previously worked at law firm Linklaters and legal services provider Epiq, is founding chairman of the Law Society of Hong Kong’s InnoTech Law Hub. In 2019 he co-founded startup DHB Global, which shepherds biotech and healthcare innovations in Mainland China through the regulatory approval and testing process.
