Scott’s solution is his Fair Employment Agency, Asia’s first social enterprise in the sphere, which strives to find work for foreign domestic workers without illegal fees or crippling debts. Not only can foreign domestic workers now work with an agency that has their interests at heart, but employers can hire with peace of mind that their future helpers have been fairly treated. Scott’s Fair Employment Foundation attempts to tackle wider issues of forced labour and debt bondage.
