Sara Lamsam is the president and chief executive officer of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited (MTL). Along with his sister, Nualphan Lamsam, he is a fifth-generation descendant of the Lamsam family, which owns Muang Thai Insurance. Their father, Photipong Lamsam, is chairman.

A prominent leader in Thailand's insurance industry, Sara Lamsam has been actively involved in developing policies and regulations in his role as president of the Thai Life Assurance Association.

He also holds various leadership positions in the financial sector: he is CEO and executive director at Phatra Leasing and at Muang Thai Holding Co; and CEO and executive director at Muang Thai Group Holding Co Ltd.
