Sandy Wu is an exemplary presenter in Taiwan’s entertainment industry

Sandy Wu is a Taiwanese television host, writer, and former junior high school English teacher. A graduate of the University of Washington, she debuted her hosting career with a Yahoo! entertainment news web show in 2013. She is a three-time Golden Bell Awards winner and is the eldest daughter of the host and singer Jacky Wu.

In 2016, she and her father Jacky won Best Variety Show Host with the TV program Super Entourage at the 51st Golden Bell Awards, making her the youngest winner of this award in Taiwan’s TV history. In 2019, She and Mickey Huang won Best Puzzle and Reality Show Host with the program 100 Calls at the 54th Golden Bell Awards. In 2021, Wu, Aaron Yan, and Jesse Tang won Best Variety Show Host with the reality talk show 36 Questions at the 56th Golden Bell Awards.
