By the age of 30, Sam Chung already had a Michelin star under his belt for his restaurant Oretachi No Nikuya, which specialises in Japanese grilled meats. Then, in 2020, he won the Michelin Young Chef Award. His love of food shines through in other ways as well—he once purchased a Louis Vuitton case to display meats at his restaurant.
