He runs the Philippines’ first and largest fully integrated real estate services provider Santos Knight Frank, founded in 1994. Its roster of clients includes multinational corporations, institutional investors, occupiers, owners and developers of real estate locally and across the globe.

On top of what he calls “an enduring culture of client service”, Santos has equipped his company with the most powerful analytical tools to evaluate portfolio risk, anticipate market opportunities and help clients make informed decisions.

During the pandemic, he shifted SKF’s focus to digital platforms. It was the first to mount real-estate webinars and built up its multimedia team to launch curated tours and videos of commercial and residential properties, allowing clients to view their options despite travel restrictions.

SKF also took care of its employees, mounting the #BounceVaccTogether vaccine campaign and on the CSR front, its Makati Mavericks Sports Foundation continued to support underprivileged grassroots youth through supplies and education.

For this and many more reasons, it has received several significant awards, but particularly in 2021, such as Customer Service Excellence Award, Best Real Estate Agency in the Philippines and Best Property Consultancy in the Philippines.
