Richard Lee is a fifth-generation member of the family that owns and runs the traditional pastry brand Jiu Zhen Nan. His efforts to modernise the brand have included venturing into e-commerce, establishing partnerships with the giant Eslite chain of bookshops, and using 3D modelling technology in the production process.
