Richard Dong quickly gained popularity with his first acting role in the 2019 TV show Love Timing as the love interest of three female characters, and has followed it up with roles in other TV shows and films, including Revival of the Monkey King (2020) and The Mystic Nine (2021). Before taking up acting, Richard first rose to fame as a professional badminton player.
