Ricky Delgado is president and CEO of Citadel Holdings, which has interests across various industries

The son and namesake of a prominent businessman, Ricky Delgado is at the helm of Citadel Pacific: a large private holdings company that’s based in the Philippines but holds businesses with interests in different parts of the world.

As President and CEO of Citadel, Delgado—who graduated from Brown University with a degree in international relations, and then from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with an MBA—stands at the top of companies across a wide variety of industries: telecommunications, retail, petroleum and gas distribution, commercial and industrial property, inflight catering, and manpower services. Most notably, Citadel is the parent company of IT&E, the largest network provider in Guam and the Marianas; of Isla Petroleum and Energy, or IP&E, which deals in energy and petroleum products; and of the Manila Integrated Airport Services Corporation, or MIASCOR. In its history, Citadel has partnered with companies across the world, such as Japan’s Itochu, Korea’s SK Telecom, France’s Newrest, and Switzerland’s Gate Gourmet.
