Proptech company Ohmyhome makes it easier for home searchers to reach homeowners directly to buy or rent, as well as connect them with services including renovations and mortgages. Co-founded by Rhonda Wong and her sister Race, it became the first Singapore company to be listed on Nasdaq in 2023. It has also expanded to Malaysia and the Philippines, and facilitated more than 11,000 property transactions.
