Aside from her day job as a leading real estate lawyer, Renita Sophia Crasta is co-president of the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association, a national network of 3,500 in-house lawyers that connects members with the community and each other. She also helped launch the Pro Bono Initiative, in which lawyers volunteer their services, and has worked extensively with women, elderly people and marginalised workers.
