Raymond Rufino heads the most prominent developer and manager of seven office buildings in Bonifacio Global City (BGC). As the CEO of NEO, the country’s top green developer and the first company in the world to be certified as EDGE Zero Carbon by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for all its buildings, Rufino can be called a green giant.

NEO is also the first office portfolio in Southeast Asia to achieve the WELL Health-Safety Seal. Its portfolio is certified 5 Stars under Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE), a green-building voluntary rating tool. In its 2023 sustainability report, NEO expressed its eagerness to be at the forefront of sustainable real estate development by fulfilling at least 41 to 49 per cent of the company’s operational or non-utility savings through renewable energy resources.

Rufino also heads the Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC) and is part of the Urban Land Institute Philippines Advisory Board FY24.
