Mond Gutierrez, who is known as a TV host, endorser and entrepreneur, celebrates body positivity and promotes self-acceptance through his public appearances. Gutierrez has been open about his own struggles with body image, and, by taking his followers along on his fitness journey towards confidence, Gutierrez strives to inspire others to embrace and love themselves.

Coming from a famous family, the creative director finds inspiration from his father, actor Eddie Gutierrez, who was a matinee idol in the 1950s and 1960s. Mond Gutierrez says, “I grew up looking at his photographs and got a good glimpse of what it was like to be a movie star in the golden era of Philippine cinema. They were so impeccably dressed, and my dad has carried over those style sensibilities throughout his life.”

Now armed with his own sense of self and a keen directive for his own sartorial choices, Gutierrez says that fashion is an important aspect of his self-expression. Calling himself a mood dresser, Gutierrez explains that his style evolves along with his personal growth.

Gutierrez also says he is a proud “outfit repeater”, one who looks beyond logos in order to cultivate a wardrobe that reflects who he has grown to become.
