Raffy Magno

One of the Philippines’ largest networks of volunteer organisations, Angat Buhay partners with private and public sectors to implement poverty alleviation programmes and empowerment projects. Run by Raffy Magno, it was established by the country’s former vice president Leni Robredo, for whom Raffy previously worked with formulating government anti-poverty programmes. Raffy is also the co-founder of Mr Kengkoy Ph, a social enterprise making backpacks in southern Luzon.
